Update of the demand and logistics reports database for the analysis and control of inventory, supplies for physical and online stores, and import processes.- Management of information in support systems (WMS, Shipment tracking, PowerBI);- Inbound and Outbound monitoring:- Invoice and shipping instructions creation;- Shipment follow up with suppliers;- Inbound follow up, from Port to WH;- Import costs management;- Deliveries to stores and ecommerce follow up and support;- Submit logistics expenses and support logistics KPI updates;- Continuous improvement: improve current import processes and participate in automatization projects ;- Track and report Sustainability KPIs and actions: CO2 emissions and recycling projects. Higher Education in Logistics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, and/or similar areasExpected graduation from December 2027 onwardsIntermediate English level or higherDesirable Excel skills;Committed, organized, detail-oriented, and communicative profile;Availability to work from 10 AM to 5 PM near to Avenida Paulista.
