Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and design engaging photo and video content for PatBO's Instagram and TikTok platforms tailored to the US audience;
- Manage regular postings across Instagram feeds, stories, and TikTok, ensuring consistent and strategic brand messaging;
- Actively engage with US influencers and develop professional relationships to enhance PatBO's brand visibility and engagement on social platforms;
- Foster a vibrant online community by interacting with customers, fans, and followers;
- Partner with PatBO's US marketing team & ecommerce teams to synchronize the social media calendar with marketing and sales initiatives;
- Regularly propose innovative ideas for content enhancements;
- Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to align social content with offline activities, such as New York Fashion Week, influencer events, and brand dinners;
- Strategically support ecommerce sales on Instagram and TikTok through targeted content and promotions.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, ideally within the fashion, lifestyle, or beauty industries;
- Highly creative and self-motivated, with a strong ability to work in fast-paced environments.;
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese, capable of engaging effectively with an international team and diverse audiences;
- Proficient in social media platforms and skilled in video and content editing (experience with Canva and Photoshop preferred);
- Willingness to travel as required for meetings and brand events;
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
