Responsibilities:
- Research: identify and propose new trends, advocates and influence trend ideas in assortments;
- Strategy and project management: present and deploy innovative ideas to keep AMARO always as a brand of the future, working with different areas of the company;
- Liaison: be the point of reference for fashion in the company, evangelising and teaching different teams about latest trends. - Influence cross-functional partners on product direction;
- Analysis & Iterate: gather information about CSAT and clients demand to create new products and improve sales;
- Scale: always focus in delivery best seller products and latest trends designs working close to Category Manager to win the market.
Mission:
- Guarantee brand coherence across all categories;
- Coach, motivate and manage all designers to guarantee creation of innovative and trendy products;
- Liaison with Category Managers and Marketing to delivery the right product at the time.
