CRM Analyst

What you'll do:
- Deep dive under Customer Lifecycle to conceive and execute out of the box initiatives to increase Lifetime Value (LTV);
- Interact with the data and creative teams to define and co-develop highly engaging campaigns and cross-team projects;
- Compile and analyze complex datasets to develop key, actionable insights;
- Contribute with insights and ideas to improve the process of building and measuring CRM campaigns and Customer Retention;
- Own the efforts of Customer Lifecycle and monitor KPIs.
What you have previously done:
- Experience: 1-2 years in e-commerce marketing and CRM;
- Passion for CRM, digitally native companies and e-commerce;
- Experience with SQL or statistical analysis tools is a plus;
- Strong verbal and written communicator;
- High attention to detail.
What your qualifications are:
- Education: Business Administration, Marketing;
- Systems: Advanced understanding of Excel and Google Analytics;
- Level of English: Intermediate to advanced.
