Assortment Planner

What you'll do:
Analyze historical Guide Shop data and current trends to select weekly new assortment;
- Responsible for door tier plans to identify key drivers and regional trends;
- Analyze product performance weekly and identify key styles and categories that drive sales and buyer acquisition;
Analyze and Identify best seller's and push those products to guide shops;
Identify commercial opportunites for Guide Shops;
Researches and communicates shifts in the competitive market through trends, pricing, and emerging product categories;
- Assists merchandising and product team in developing a cohesive assortment by product category;
Partner with Guide Shop training department to develop and deploy product and trend training.
What you have previously done:
2-5 years of retail or wholesale planning experience, preferably in Assortment Planning or Merchandise Planning in a retail brand;
Omni-channel experience a plus.
What your qualifications are:
- Education: Business, Administration;
- Advanced level of English;
- Advanced level of Excel/Google Sheets.
